1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

For large wholesale orders (10 units or more), processing may take 7-10 business days to ensure thorough quality inspection and reinforced export packaging.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We provide two main tiers of shipping to accommodate different needs:

Standard/Express Shipping (Retail & Small Samples): Typically delivered within 7-15 business days via air courier.

Sea Freight (B2B & Wholesale Bundles): For orders such as our 10-Unit Wholesale Bundle, we strongly recommend Sea Freight. This method significantly reduces shipping costs (often by 50% or more) compared to air freight. Delivery typically takes 30-45 days depending on your location.

3. Shipping Rates
Retail Orders: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination.

Wholesale Orders: To provide you with the most competitive rates, shipping for bulk orders is quoted manually. Since our hydroponics systems are high-weight products (approx. 6-9kg per unit), we negotiate directly with freight forwarders to get you the best "Door-to-Door" or "Port-to-Port" sea freight pricing.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
DPROOTS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We will provide all necessary commercial invoices and documentation to assist with the clearance process.

5. Damaged or Lost Items
We take great pride in our reinforced B2B packaging. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us via our Official WhatsApp Support or email within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the items. We will work swiftly to provide a replacement or a solution.
