At DPROOTS, we stand behind the original design and engineering of our hydroponic systems. As we primarily serve B2B and wholesale partners, our return policy is designed to ensure fairness and product integrity.
1. 30-Day Quality Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return policy for items with manufacturing defects.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
2. Damage During Shipping (Critical for B2B)
Given the weight of our hydroponics systems (approx. 6-9kg), items are securely packed for export.
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective or damaged during transit, contact us immediately via our WhatsApp Support.
We require clear photos or videos of the damaged packaging and the product to process a replacement or a partial refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Wholesale/Bulk Orders: Orders of 10 units or more (Wholesale Bundles) are generally non-returnable due to the high costs of international sea freight and customs duties.
Used Systems: For hygiene and biosecurity reasons, hydroponic systems that have been filled with water or nutrients cannot be returned.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
5. Return Shipping Costs
For non-quality related returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated customs fees.
Given the weight of DPROOTS products, return shipping for international orders can be expensive. We strongly recommend contacting our team via WhatsApp before initiating a return to find a more cost-effective solution (such as replacement parts).
